There are more than 3,000 students in 60 different classes here. Various functional rooms such as the teachers’ office hall, the small classrooms for English teaching, head teachers’ offices, teaching research rooms and teacher’s meeting rooms are all well equipped. Multimedia teaching and network lesson preparing make it easy to teach and learn with the help of the big-screen projector, the monitor and the pocket computer of each teacher. Among the 180 faculty members, there are influential backbone teachers from all over the city, the province and the whole country. Thirteen subjects, including 40 optional courses are taught here to cultivate different interests and qualities of the students. In order to develop the students’ ability to manage and educate themselves, we take class teaching as the main front, class management as the basic channel and life management as the elementary method and organize various practical activities. In managing the boarding students, we take the semi-closed military method to normalize the students’ work and rest. We try to build a safe, comfortable boarding environment and help the students develop good living habits. Our outstanding teaching resources and high-quality teachers win remarkable achievements---we have continuously come out in front in the graduate examinations of junior middle school students.
